Every Case Pass PDF carries a certificate ID and a QR code. Enter the ID to see what was registered, or drop the PDF to prove the file in front of you is exactly the one that was generated — byte for byte. This page is for anyone: a caseworker, a judge, opposing counsel, an HR investigator.

The file is fingerprinted in your browser; only its 64-character SHA-256 is sent. Strongest check — it proves the file is byte-for-byte unaltered.
What a match proves — and what it doesn’t
A verified match means: on the date shown, someone generated a PDF from a chat export with the recorded source-file fingerprint, message count and date range, and the file you hold has not changed by a single byte since. The registry never receives the messages, the participants’ names or the export itself — only cryptographic fingerprints and counts — so it can confirm integrity, not the truth of what was said. Whether the underlying messages are genuine is a question for the original device and the people involved, which is why the certificate page also prints the source-file fingerprint for offline checking.
Why “not found” happens with a genuine PDF
Anything that rewrites the file breaks the match: printing it to a new PDF, adding a stamp or annotation, merging it into a bundle, or a mail client re-compressing it. Ask for the file exactly as it was downloaded from the generator. Free previews are never registered.
